This system reports the attributes of each team member, shows the team’s strengths and alerts the team leader to potential issues.
The PROFILES Team Analysis helps team leaders get the most from every member of the team and effectively guide the way to the achievement of team goals. It spotlights the strengths each member brings to the team and how to capitalize on those strengths.
Prior to the session, each team member completes a PROFILE XT assessment, a web-based instrument that measures Thinking Style, Behavioral Traits, and Occupational Interests. The PROFILE XT is a “Total Person Assessment”, designed specifically for business applications. This fully-validated instrument is convenient and easy to use on the Internet – with no administration or data entry required. Results are then compiled and a FUNDY GROUP facilitator guides the team through a half-day debriefing process that highlights valuable information that leads to recommendations for improved performance.
